30 Day Wedding Challenge (Day One)

The final countdown to your big day is finally here. You’re most likely busy right now doing last minute changes. You definitely want your body to take its toll from those last minute changes, as well. Rejoice, because it’s never too late! As a matter of fact, a month is quite enough to shed those extra pounds and get all toned up for your wedding.


This challenge is designed to get you in the best shape within a month. And the best part about it is that there is no specific order. So if you stumbled upon the challenge in day 20, don’t think it’s too late. No more excuses. And guess what? Anyone can do this challenge. You don't actually have to wait to be a bride to tone up your body.



If anything is too easy for you, you can always add weight. But if you're a beginner, you can do only 2 times of each rep and do not push yourself untill you get too comfortable. Then, you can gradually do more counts or reps. For the advanced version, do 5 reps instead of 3. 


Day One:

Warm up:

1 min jogging in your place

20 jumping jacks

20 bear hugs

(All x3 - Take a 1 min break before each rep)


15 squats

20 mountain climbers

20 sit ups

20 tricep dips

(All x3 - Take a 1 min break before each rep)


Don't forget to stretch in the end!
