30 Day Wedding Challenge (Day 18)


The final countdown to your big day is finally here. You’re most likely busy right now doing last minute changes. You definitely want your body to take its toll from those last minute changes, too. Rejoice, because it’s never too late! As a matter of fact, a month is quite enough to shed these extra pounds and get all toned up for your wedding.

This challenge is designed to get you in the best shape within a month. And the best part about it is that there is no specific order. So if you stumbled upon the challenge in day 20, don’t think it’s too late. No more excuses.

 

If anything is too easy for you, you can always add weight. But if you're a beginner, you can do only 2 times of each rep and do not push yourself but don’t get too comfortable either. Bit by bit, you can do more counts or reps. For the advanced version, do 5 reps instead of 3.

 

Day 18:

Warm up:

25 Jumping Jacks

7 Burpees

5 Push Ups

(All x3 - Take a 1 min break before each rep)

 

20 Sit Ups

20 Crunches

40 Russian Twist

(All x3 - Take a 1 min break before each rep)

 

10 Leg Raises

5 One-legged Squat

15 Butt Kicks

(All x3 - Take a 1 min break before each rep)

Don't forget to stretch in the end!
